Acceptance

By accessing netappcloud.digital or engaging Net App Cloud for application analytics for networked app environments, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request work.

Services described

This site describes informational offers for environment analytics engagements—including environment topology analytics, cross-app dependency mapping, networked journey instrumentation, and environment review hours. Listing a price does not create a contract. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and invoice.

No payment processing

This website does not process payments or provide checkout. Any payment arrangements are handled offline according to the invoice issued for an agreed engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we publish remain the property of Net App Cloud unless a signed engagement states otherwise. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfer or license as described in that engagement’s scope note.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competitive reuse, or misrepresent your affiliation when requesting services.

Disclaimer

Environment analytics work improves measurement quality and decision clarity. We do not guarantee business outcomes, uptime targets, latency reductions, or specific chart results. Insights depend on the completeness of data you provide and decisions your team makes afterward.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Net App Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from reliance on informational content. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
